Story House Ithaca and Third Place Theater are back with another Improv Night! You'll see Third Place Theater's house team, The Bronze Medalists, performing an Armando: made-up scenes inspired by true stories, told on-the-spot by some of Ithaca's best storytellers.

Improv on a boat
Ahoy! Ithaca's zaniest improv troupe takes to the waves in this special maritime edition of our regular Improv Night with Story House Ithaca. We'll be on the MV Teal, Discover Cayuga Lake's charming wooden boat. There will be wine, water, and soda for sale – feel free to bring drinks and snacks.

Improv Night with Story House Ithaca
Join the Third Place Theater house team, “The Bronze Medalists”, in a collaboration event with Story House Ithaca. The team will be performing an Armando, where they invite storytellers from the local community to share a true story about their lives. The team then performs a set of improv scenes inspired by those stories.
Open to anyone, $5 suggested donation (proceeds go to Story House Ithaca to fund their future programming). Our shows are generally lightly adult themed (think PG-13 rating – some cursing and drug/sexual references are likely).

1 Year Jamiversary!!!
Our 1 year jamiversary!!!
It has been 1 year since we started running regular improv jams in Ithaca. We’ve met dozens and dozens of wonderful improvisers and had a lot of laughs. It’s time to celebrate!
Come out to the gallery at the Ithaca History Museum downtown on the commons! We’ll have food, drink, and play improv games. Come for as long or as little as you like. Optional donation based on a sliding scale of $1-$5 (cash or Venmo).
